Baby & Me Yoga

Baby & Me Yoga class is designed for mummies and their babies of age 0-6 months, as well as their partners and grandparents. Baby & Me Yoga seeks to create strong and very special bonds among each of you in a friendly environment. Experience the Art of Yoga with your beloved. Live, share and exchange sensational energy in real life. Maximum number of attendees limited to 5 children and their companion(s).

Kundalini

This energizing and healing practice will appeal to those who are seeking both mental and physical challenge through Yoga. Each Kundalini asana series is done in conjunction with a specific breath that intensifies the effects of the poses with the purpose of freeing energy in the lower body and allowing it to move upwards. Sequences focus on a specific area of the body and often consist of rapid, repetitive movements done with breath or holding a pose while breathing in a particular way. Relaxation and healing are achieved through meditation, including the use of chanted mantras, pranayama and mudras.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga can be a wonderful way to put time aside for yourself and your baby. This class encourages students to really connect with their bodies and babies during this exciting time of growth and change through gentle poses and special breathing techniques. Prenatal students will work on strengthening and opening the body to help prepare it for pregnancy within a meditative and relaxing framework. An active and relaxing way to make your prenatal Yoga experience safe and enjoyable!

Slow Flow

This practice is often based on Svastha Yoga as taught by A.G. Mohan. The class focuses on different sequences of postures, some of which are practiced dynamically while others are held static for a few breaths. The breath is always the centre point of attention. Students are encouraged to go within themselves and experience the practice from the inside out. Slow Flow promotes strength and flexibility, an increased awareness of the body and a calming of the mind.

Sunrise Yoga

Bring in the morning with Sunrise Yoga! The class varies day-to-day with a combination of gentle stretch often followed by heat generating sun salutations. The practice accommodates all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. This is a great way to start the day!

Viniyoga Flow

Vini is an ancient Sanskrit term that means "individual" or "unique" and implies differentiation, adaptation, and appropriate application. Thus, the Viniyoga practice provides the means to bring out the best in each practitioner! Movement-based classes offer challenging, creative and unique sequences of poses that flow together with Pranayama breath work. Specific focus on toning and strengthening the body, as well as hands-on adjustment techniques, help students get the most from their practice.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow is a creative, fluid and physically challenging Yoga in which students are encouraged to link their breath to the poses. It blends the major Yoga asana traditions in a new expression combining the best of ancient and modern Yogic wisdom. Vinyasa promotes strength, flexibility, endurance, grace, and joy.

XL Wellness Yoga

XL Wellness class was created for all who due to their physical condition, feel uncomfortable in other public classes. This class seeks to meet the different needs of each participant through individually modified postures which will allow students to reach the best result in their given condition. We want to give everyone a chance to share and build inner strength in a comfortable and friendly environment. We seek to rejuvenate the spirit and refresh the mind while teaching the Art of Yoga that is accessible for everyone despite their state and condition. We inspire tranquility, understanding and acceptance through dancing asanas. We whisper serenity and being present through pranayama breathing.

Yoga Basics

Vinyasa Foundations will teach Yoga fundamentals & establish best practice techniques so that students can join and feel comfortable in any Yoga class. Because this is a closed class, students can build upon principles and advance each week. This class is geared towards beginning or beginning-intermedate students. However, those with a regular practice would also benefit greatly through a deepening of their practice & perfecting of their technique.

Yoga Teacher Training & Certification

We are currently the only yoga teacher training program in the Czech Republic that meets with the strict standards and guidelines required by the Yoga Alliance. Graduates of this program will be eligible to be internationally certified as Yoga Alliance 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teachers. Our program supports aspiring teachers, current teachers seeking continuing education or those simply looking to deepen their own Yoga practice.
